Enquiries and contact details
When you submit an enquiry, the website stores the details you provide, including your name, company, email, optional phone number, shipment requirements, chosen services and language. It also records an enquiry reference, submission time and campaign information where provided. Sent uses these details to assess your requirements, route the enquiry to the relevant team and contact you about it.
Sales follow-up and team notifications
Enquiry details are copied into Sent’s sales register in Google Sheets, with access restricted to authorized users. Automated departmental email notifications share the enquiry with the relevant team. The register is used to assign responsibility, record follow-up actions and track the progress of your enquiry. Google processes information as a service provider; processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia. These contact details and shipment requirements are used for handling your enquiry and are not sent as Google Analytics event data.
Website hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts this website and its enquiry database. Technical request information, including IP addresses, is processed to deliver and protect the service. The application uses derived identifiers and request counters to limit misuse of the enquiry form and Rana. Information is handled through Sent’s website and service providers; this notice does not promise that all processing takes place in Saudi Arabia.
Conversations with Rana
When conversational assistance is available, your recent conversation is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI with relevant Sent guide content to generate a response. Published guide answers may be used instead when AI is unavailable or a usage limit is reached. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential shipment documents in chat. Choosing to prepare an enquiry can carry your questions into the enquiry form for you to review.
Drafts on your device
If you choose to save an enquiry draft, it is stored in this browser with a seven-day expiry. You can remove it using the draft controls; it is also removed after a successful submission. Moving a Rana conversation into the form uses temporary browser session storage. People with access to the same browser may be able to see saved drafts, so avoid saving them on shared devices.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, enquiry starts, contact clicks, Rana handoffs and successful enquiry submissions. After consent, a temporary record in the current browser tab retains approved campaign information and the external referring website, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics receives technical information such as browser and device information and processes network information to deliver the service. Sent sends a simplified page address, language and service category, rather than form contact details, shipment briefs or Rana conversations as event data. Advertising features are disabled. Use Privacy settings on any page to reject or withdraw consent; withdrawal stops future collection in this browser and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already processed. Google may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Your choice is saved in this browser.
Email and external links
Submitted website enquiries generate departmental email notifications automatically. Optional email links open your own email application for a separate message that you choose to send. External sites, including LinkedIn, handle information under their own notices.
