Service pages, guides and Rana help you prepare a logistics enquiry. They provide general information and may not cover every requirement of your shipment. Confirm documentation, restrictions, schedules, service availability and other shipment-specific requirements with the team before making arrangements.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the form records an enquiry; it does not book a shipment or confirm a price, collection, delivery date or service commitment. Scope, charges and operating arrangements must be agreed separately with Sent. Keep the reference shown after a successful submission when contacting the team.
Using Rana
Rana is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. It uses Sent guide content and, when available, AI-generated responses. It cannot approve a booking, guarantee a rate or make a binding commitment for Sent. Review important details with the team; published guide answers and contact options remain available when conversational assistance is limited.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service or use the website to send spam. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive identity documents in website forms or chat.
