Plan with the right information.

Before your next move.

How is fulfillment different from last-mile delivery?
Fulfillment covers work before dispatch: receiving stock, storage, inventory handling, picking and packing. Last-mile delivery moves the prepared parcel to the customer. If your team already prepares orders, delivery may be the service you need.
What do I need to prepare for fulfillment onboarding?
Describe your products and SKU information, storage needs, order patterns, packaging and replenishment process. Agree how order data and inventory updates will be exchanged before assuming a store integration is included.
Can returned orders go back into inventory?
Define the returns process in the operating plan: where parcels arrive, how their condition is recorded and who authorises restocking or another action. Delivery returns and inventory reconciliation need a shared handover.

Keep the journey connected.
